In line with current legislation (Criminal Justice Act 1994), which legally requires Plassey Credit Union to verify the identity of new members, an applicant to join the Credit Union must provide the following:
- Current Passport or
- Driving Licence
If you do not hold either of these we can accept any one of the following:
- Garda ID (Age Card)
- Immigration Card (for non-national)
- ID form with photograph signed by Gardai
To verify your address you must provide us with the recent not more than 3 months old original document addressed to applicant such as:
- Utility Bill
- Mortgage/Bank/Credit Card Statement
- Tax documents from Revenue Commissioners
- Social Welfare Documents
- Household Insurance Papers
